E-Z Cream Cheese Squares

2 pkgs Cream Cheese              2 cups Sugar           2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 eggs                           2 Pkgs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Soften cream cheese by leaving at room temperature. In large mixing bowl, place softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat at medium speed until mixture is smooth. Roll out one crescent roll pkg into bottom of a 9 inch x 13 inch cake pan. Spread mixture over this. Roll out the other crescent roll and place over the top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375F for about 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Cut into small squares. We have often added food coloring to the cream cheese mixture for special occasions and holidays.
